Welcome to the Barbell Club at Baltimore Built Strength & Conditioning! This program is built for athletes who want to focus on Olympic Weightlifting and maximize their potential under the bar. Whether you’re completely new to the snatch and clean & jerk or you’ve been lifting for years, our Barbell Club provides expert coaching, progressive programming, and a team atmosphere that helps every athlete thrive. Training is centered on building strength, refining technique, and developing speed and confidence—so you can move well, lift heavy, and keep improving.
How It Works
The Barbell Club runs in structured 8-week training cycles designed to progressively build your lifts. Each session includes coaching from our USAW-certified staff who provide detailed feedback and adjustments to sharpen your technique and reduce injury risk. You’ll train alongside like-minded athletes in a motivating, supportive environment where everyone pushes each other to succeed.
