Group Strength and Conditioning

One hour group strength and conditioning classes led by an experienced coach. Classes are capped at 12 athletes and all experience levels are welcome.

Barbell Club

Two hour barbell club sessions supervised by an experienced USAW Sports Performance Coach. Athletes receive expert technical coaching in Olympic Weightlifting.

Built Kids

One hour class specially designed and dedicated to the health, wellness, and happiness of kids. This class focuses on developing your child’s athleticism while having a blast.

Open Gym

Access to the gym and all available equipment. Classes have priority on space and equipment. A coach is always present to provide guidance and answer questions.
