Step #1 – Attend a Free Intro Class

The easiest way to try things out is to attend one of our Free Intro classes. In your free intro, we’ll learn about you and your goals, give you a tour of the facility, and give you an introductory workout so you can get a taste of what it’s all about. Step #2 – Fundamentals Program

With the purchase of your first month’s membership, you will be enrolled in our Fundamentals Program. In addition to attending regular classes you will be required to attend 3 fundamentals classes within your first month. These classes are designed to teach you the proper mechanics to lift safely and effectively, as well as gradually introduce you to the intensity of our classes. You will also get an orientation of the gym including how to check in to classes and log your training results in WodTogether.

Class Times: Thursday 6pm to 7pm & Saturday 11am to 12pm (fundamentals may be completed outside of these times by appointment only, for an additional fee).

Cost: Free with the purchase of Monthly Unlimited Membership ($165)
