Open Gym hours are available to all of our members and allow access to the gym and all of our equipment. This is your opportunity to sharpen your skills, focus on areas that you want to improve, and work on your specific goals. Do you want to master your double unders or perfect your olympic weightlifting technique? This is your time to practice. Are you working on getting that first pull up, muscle up, or handstand push up? Come in and do some drills. We welcome all those who want to take advantage of Open Gym. Keep in mind that these are not “coached” classes and you may be working on your own.
