First Pull

Weightlifting Competition Prep:

This program is for those interested in pursuing weightlifting as a sport. ANYONE at ANY LEVEL can compete in weightlifting! This programming will address strength, technique and accessory work to prepare you for the platform no matter if it’s your first meet or you’re a seasoned veteran!

*Includes:

  • Initial sit down to discuss goals and individual needs of each athlete
  • 12-16 week personalized program (3-5 days/week)
  • One in-person training session/week
  • Informal coaching and feedback via email, text, in person (when available), etc.
  • Video analysis
  • Weekly check-in
  • Mock meet prep
  • Meet day coaching

*Please note that a current USAW membership is needed in order to register for a USAW sanctioned event.

Second Pull

Supplemental Weightlifting Training:

For anyone looking to take their lifting to the next level through supplemental programming designed specifically for YOU! This programming can be done in addition to our Strength & Conditioning Classes and will focus on technical drills and progressions.

*Includes:

  • Initial movement evaluation resulting in a program built around the individual needs/goals of the athlete
  • 8-12 week personalized program (2-3 days/week)
  • One in-person training session/week
  • Informal coaching and feedback via email, text, in person (when available), etc.
  • Video analysis
  • Weekly check-in

Personal Training:

These 1 hr. sessions are a great opportunity to dial in lifts, address individual technical flaws, or learn some new helpful cues and drills! 

Video Analysis:

Video analysis is a highly effective way to break down the lifts and correct weightlifting technique in the absence of in-person coaching. Send in videos of any lift and receive written feedback within 48 hrs.
