How long have you been a member at BBS&C? Approximately three months
Were you athletic or involved in sports when growing up? Not much.
Were you working out regularly prior to joining BBS&C? If so, what were you doing? I was working out at home, running, and doing cardiovascular exercises every now and then.
Why do you workout? I workout for health purposes. Especially because I lose weight, I get muscle growth, mental growth, and overall wellness.
What is your favorite lift or movement and why? Front squats and back squats because they require the use of mind and body combined to accomplish the lift.
What is your favorite workout or type of workout and why? I enjoy workouts like the one we did today 11/02/2020 (1 rep max of clean and jerk, 1 rep max of front squat and then every 2:30 for 10 min: 20 wallballs and 10 burpee boxes get overs.
What have you accomplished as an athlete (big or small) during your time at BBS&C? I have accomplished self-care, self-love, commitment, positiveness, weight loss…
What fitness goals do you have for the next year? To become stronger, to feel better, and to look better.
How has your fitness influenced and/or impacted your life outside of the gym? Regular physical activity makes me feel energized and happier. I believe being fit helps grow a healthier mind.
