How long have you been doing CrossFit? 5 years
What is your favorite lift or movement and why? Well I love to bench press but I would have to say my favorite movement would be the clean. It’s challenging but fun to see how much weight you can throw on to your shoulders
What is your favorite workout or type of workout and why? I enjoy EMOMS and partner workouts. You can do anything for a minute! Partner workouts are fun because you can encourage each other, and help one another when they are struggling with their weakness.
What are your fitness goals for the next year? I want to work on my strict pull ups and my cardio endurance.
How has CrossFit influenced and/or impacted your life? CrossFit has influenced me in so many ways. I have improved my fitness level more in the 5 years of CrossFit than all of the years I’ve spent at a regular gym. I have met many people that I would consider great friends. Baltimore Built has become a second home for me and the coaches and support are something you don’t find at just any gym!
