Favorite Lift and Why: Deadlift. It works my entire body and it’s the most weight I ever see on the bar while lifting.
Favorite WOD and Why: Anything with rope climbing. I just recently climbed to the top for the first time and I was so excited!
Goals for the Next Year: Increase my muscle tone. Better nutrition. Be able to do double unders and jump on the 16″ box.
How has CrossFit Impacted your Life? I joined CFB to get into shape and have found this place that has changed me physically and mentally. I find myself doing physical movements and achieving goals that I never thought I could do. I’ve lost weight, feel stronger and am getting more flexible. The CFB family has embraced me like one of their own which I’m very thankful for.
