How long have you been doing CrossFit? 10 Months
What is your favorite lift and why? Power clean, because it is where I have seen the most significant improvement with weight as well as technique.
What is your favorite WOD and why?As of right now, no specific WOD is my favorite. I enjoy having a different workout every day. It keeps things interesting and gives me a chance to work on skills that I may be struggling with.
What are your goals for the next year? My goals are to complete the L1 course and start competing in competitions. Overall, I want to continue to learn and grow in the sport.
How has CrossFit impacted your life? It has given me goals and challenges to complete on a daily and weekly basis, all while staying physically and functionally fit for my job and life.
