Length Of Time CrossFitting: 7 months

Favorite Lift and Why? All of the Olympic lifts, especially cleans. These lifts make me feel badass. I like the challenge of moving heavy weight while maintaining good technique/form. There is no better feeling than hitting one of these lifts just right!

Favorite WOD and Why? I don’t have a favorite but, the WOD on 05/02/18 was a stand out for me. I conquered my Box Jump fear that day! I also really like Partner WOD’s because I feel like I work harder so that I don’t let my partner down!

Goals for the Next Year? My goal for this next year is to continue working on my weaknesses and increase my strength so that one day I can Rx all the workouts!

How has CrossFit Impacted your Life? CrossfFit has taught me that I am capable of so much more. At the beginning of the year, I wrote a list of a few things I wanted to accomplish CrossFitting. With relative ease, I completed my list in the first few months of this year. This was shocking to me. It’s as if I sold myself short at the beginning of the year. Now I know I need to set the bar higher for myself because I am capable of so much more. This not only applies to CrossFit but, to all aspects of my life.
