Favorite Lift/Movement and Why? Snatches because it’s the most challenging for me and I feel strong with the bar overhead.
Favorite Workout/Type of Workout and Why? Any EMOM, I like to try to beat my time each round (or at least hold it). I also like the sprint/rest routine.
Goals for the Next Year? 30# Weight loss, pull ups, double unders and to PR every lift. J
How has CrossFit Impacted your Life? Crossfit has honestly been the beacon of light in my life in what has been a particularly challenging year for me personally. But, I come to the box every day and I’m so incredibly inspired by every athlete and newly forged friendships. It has made me a better, stronger, more supportive friend, athlete and person. I can’t thank you all enough!
