Length of Time CrossFitting: 10 months

Favorite Lift/Movement and Why? My favorite movements are body weight movements.  I feel stronger and more confidante when I am working on those movements.  Anything from handstand push-ups, box jumps, burpees, pull ups,  to GHD sit ups.  All of which I am still working on getting better at.

Favorite Workout/Type of Workout and Why? I enjoy the conditioning work outs.  Anything that gets us moving and moving fast….

Goals for the Next Year?  To be able to string my pull ups together.  Every time I do them…

How has CrossFit Impacted your Life?  I have worked out for many years and I have never seen the kind of changes and improvements that I have seen in the short 10 months that I have been doing CrossFit.  I was a dancer in my younger years which I feel does benefit me with the flexibility and mobility that you also need with CrossFit, but I have never been on the strong side.  I feel stronger each day and I can see the results!  Being able to see the results keeps me going and being a part of a gym where everyone encourages each other is awesome.  I enjoy going each day and seeing everyone and watching everyone get stronger each day.  I was very hesitant at first when Brian introduced me to this but I am glad he did and I am very thankful for it.  It has had such a positive impact on my life for the better and there is no turning back now.
