Favorite Lift and Why? It used to be deadlift but I am liking the snatch more and more as my technique gets better.
Favorite WOD and Why? I like chippers because of the variety of movements. I look at whiteboard and think how will I finish this. So it feels great when I do.
Goals for the Next Year? To continue to improve my lifts and conditioning. Become a burpee and wall ball ace .
How has CrossFit Impacted your Life? Life Changing!! I started CrossFit to get healthy and fit. I never thought I would still be here over a year later. CrossFit is the only thing that makes me get out of bed before 7am. I can’t wait to go again as soon as I am leaving the gym. My fitness background was jumping from one groupon deal to another. Nothing more than 3 months. Crossfit has changed that. My coaches, Dom and Tony, mean more to me than I could write in this paragraph. They inspire me daily! Our community is the best!
